Mado Tax & Financial Services was founded by Madelin Thoby, professionally known as "Mado," a Haitian-American entrepreneur and community leader whose journey reflects perseverance, education, and a commitment to helping others.
Originally from Haiti, Madelin immigrated to the United States in 2005 and went on to pursue higher education and professional development across multiple industries. His academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate Degree in Computer Science, complemented by professional technology certifications, including CompTIA A+ and Cisco CCENT.
Since establishing Mado Tax Services LLC in 2016, he has continued expanding his professional experience in tax preparation, insurance, real estate, business development, and community education. His commitment to professional growth has included participation in the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum, specialized insurance training, and recognition connected with the 2026 Florida Blue Sales Conference. Beyond his business activities, Madelin serves as Director of Radio Evolution Inter 88.3 FM, where he supports community education, cultural connection, and public awareness throughout Southwest Florida.
His leadership philosophy is built on a simple principle: Treat every client with respect, explain every process clearly, and never underestimate the value of helping someone make a better-informed decision.
