1. Services Agreement

Engagement for tax filing, insurance enrollment, real estate consultation, or document preparation requires submission of complete and accurate documentation. Clients are responsible for the truthfulness of all financial information provided to Mado Tax Services LLC.

2. Electronic Filing & Authorization

By signing authorization forms (Form 8879 for tax e-filing or insurance consent applications), you authorize Mado Tax Services LLC to transmit your records electronically to government agencies on your behalf.

3. Limitation of Liability

Mado Tax Services LLC shall not be liable for penalties, interest, or delays resulting from inaccurate or omitted records provided by the client, or delays caused by government agency processing backlogs.
