Madelin has a diverse educational and professional background. He earned an associate degree in Computer Science and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He also obtained professional technology certifications, including CompTIA A+ and Cisco CCENT.

His experience extends across technology, healthcare, education, financial services, insurance, real estate and community media. This broad background allows him to understand the different challenges families and business owners face and to approach their needs with patience, practical knowledge and compassion.

Founder of Mado Tax Services

Madelin founded Mado Tax Services LLC to provide dependable, personalized and accessible services to individuals, families, self-employed professionals and small-business owners.

Through Mado Tax Services, he assists clients with individual and business tax preparation, tax planning, Schedule C reporting, tax-credit eligibility and year-round tax support. He is passionate about educating taxpayers so that they understand their filing responsibilities, available benefits and the importance of maintaining accurate records.

Madelin regularly participates in professional training and industry events, including the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum, to remain informed about tax-law changes and issues that affect his clients. He also uses social media, community programs and radio broadcasts to explain complicated tax subjects in clear, understandable language.

His approach is centered on accuracy, confidentiality, compliance and personal attention. He believes clients deserve more than a completed tax return—they deserve to understand their financial situation and feel confident about the decisions they make.

Insurance and Medicare Services

As an insurance professional, Madelin helps individuals and families explore coverage designed to protect their health, income and loved ones. Through Mado Insurance, he provides assistance with health insurance, Affordable Care Act Marketplace plans, Medicare options and life insurance.

He has completed professional training related to Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, fraud, waste and abuse prevention, Florida Blue products and other insurance programs. His insurance work has extended beyond Florida, allowing him to assist eligible clients in several states.

Madelin was also recognized through his work with Florida Blue and participated in the 2026 Florida Blue Sales Conference. These experiences reflect his continuing commitment to professional development and responsible client service.

Real-Estate Services

Madelin is also active in real estate and has worked with New Home Network Realty to assist buyers and families exploring homeownership and property opportunities.

He understands that purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions many families will make. His goal is to help clients approach the process with better information, realistic expectations and greater confidence.

His combined knowledge of taxes, insurance and real estate gives him a practical perspective on the many connected decisions involved in building financial stability.

Director of Radio Evolution Inter

Madelin serves as Director of Radio Evolution Inter, a Southwest Florida community radio station broadcasting on 88.3 FM.

Under his leadership, the station provides programming focused on local and Haitian news, community affairs, immigration information, business, taxes, insurance, real estate, education, interviews, public forums, music and Haitian culture.

Radio Evolution Inter gives members of the community a place to be heard, stay informed and remain connected. Its guiding message—“La Radio qui vous écoute”, meaning “The radio that listens to you”—reflects Madelin’s belief that community media should not only speak to people but also listen to their concerns.

Through the station, Madelin helps promote local businesses, community events, public education and meaningful conversations affecting Haitian and immigrant families throughout Southwest Florida.

Community Leadership

Community service is at the heart of Madelin’s work. He believes that information becomes powerful when it is shared in a way people can understand and use.

Whether he is explaining a tax-law change, helping a senior understand Medicare, assisting a family with health coverage, discussing homeownership or sharing important information on the radio, his purpose remains the same: to help people make informed decisions.

Madelin is also involved with young people through soccer as a father, coach and mentor. He values teamwork, discipline, responsibility and perseverance, and he encourages young athletes to carry those qualities beyond the playing field.

Madelin communicates in English, Haitian Creole and French. His multilingual abilities allow him to serve clients who may otherwise struggle to understand important tax, insurance, real-estate or community information.
