Our Process
1. Bring Your Written Information
Provide the completed handwritten information, instructions and documents that you want typed or organized.
2. Clerical Preparation
We type the information exactly as supplied and organize the documents requested by you or your attorney.
3. Client Review
You are responsible for reviewing every page and confirming that all information is accurate and complete.
4. Signature and Submission
The client signs the applicable documents and decides whether, when and where they will be submitted. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or approval.
What to Bring
Depending on the service you request, you may need:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Passport or travel documents
- Birth and marriage certificates
- Immigration notices and correspondence
- Copies of previous applications
- Written answers for the selected form
- Supporting documents requested by USCIS or your attorney
- Certified translations, when required
- Payment instructions for applicable government filing fees
Do not submit original documents unless the applicable government agency specifically requires them.
Confidential and Respectful Service
We understand that immigration documents contain highly personal information. We handle client records with care and maintain a professional, respectful and confidential environment.
Our role is limited to clerical and document-support services. Every client remains responsible for the information provided, the forms selected and the final decision to submit an application.
